Mighty Monk Cold Brew Toffee Nut Frappuccino

We felt it was time we got back in the kitchen and prepared another recipe to entice your taste buds. This time we decided to hang up the oven mitts and  pull out some drinking glasses. Below find our Cold Brew Toffee Nut Frappe Recipe:

Mighty Monk Cold Brew Toffee Nut Frappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of Mighty Monk Cold Brew Concentrate frozen into ice cubes (pour concentrate into an ice tray and freeze overnight)
  •  50 ml plain ice cubes
  •  2 shots of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  •  2 shots of full cream milk
  •  1 shot of Monin toffee nut syrup
  •  Whipped cream
  •  Ground nutmeg

Directions:

1. Place the Mighty Monk Cold Brew ice cubes and plain ice cubes in a highball glass.

2. Add the Frangelico, milk and toffee nut cordial to the glass of ice cubes.

3. Transfer to a blender/ magimix (any machine that can handle ice) and blend.
4. Pour the blended mixture back into the highball glass.
5. Top with whipped cream.
6. Sprinkle the ground nutmeg over the cream.
(Note: you can mix everything straight in the blender and then pour into the glass only at the end, we start with the glass just to make sure everything fits)
